Meditation
In Tibetan the word 'meditation' means 'to familiarise'. In meditation we become familiar with positive ways of thinking and reduce the negative, harmful imprints in our mind utilising concentration, analytical and visualisation techniques.
Tulku Sonam Choedup Rinpoche will teach us the basic principles of meditation and we will practice together with him. A wonderfull opportunity to practice meditation together with a Tibetan Master.
